Our HISTORY

Our inception was rooted in a stark reality - a reality where many people face uncertain retirement due to the absence of comprehensive plans, a society that often overlooks or disregarded its elderly, and a profound absence of a supportive community during retirement.

In Kenya, as well as many other African nations, there is a growing wave of individuals transitioning from active work to retirement. Many pension administrators in Kenya have taken notice of the disparity between active employment and life after retirement.

In addition, many young people lack sufficient knowledge about financial literacy, financial planning, aging, and related life skills. This knowledge gap often leads to poor planning, poor financial decisions and even irresponsible behaviour and disrespect for older persons. Pension Club International is committed not only to addressing the needs of those approaching retirement but also to equipping the younger generation with the essential life skills and financial acumen required to make informed choices throughout their lives.
